About the Role
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth sales performance, managing stock levels, and maintaining an excellent customer experience. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong leadership, initiative, and a genuine passion for retail and the liquor industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and motivate a small team to achieve store targets and service standards
* Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, rostering, and reporting
* Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and company policies
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
* Build strong relationships with customers and foster community engagement
About You
* Proven experience in retail management, preferably in liquor, supermarket, or hospitality
* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work weekends or evenings as required
* Passionate about customer service and team development
* Must have Australian work rights
