HR Manager – 12 Month FTC

Up to £40,000 Per Annum (DOE)
Role
Partner with site leadership to deliver a people plan aligned to business goals. You'll be a hands‑on HR generalist, advising, coaching and challenging managers while driving a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead people operations and employee relations, working with HR Shared Services
* Coach and support managers on policy, performance, engagement and employment law
* Analyse people data to drive insight, action and continuous improvement
* Lead inductions, training compliance and management development
* Champion employee engagement, recognition and EDI
* Support recruitment, absence and holiday management
Person Specification
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Strong HR generalist with solid UK employment law knowledge
* Confident adviser with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
* Data‑driven, solutions‑focused and commercially aware
* Passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience
