About the role
As an Investment Implementation Manager in our Investment Operations and Performance team, you will be responsible for providing Deal and Implementation capabilities for Australian Retirement Trust. Primary accountabilities will be to successfully integrate new investment changes on to the Investment Performance and Operations platform, support the implementation of investments made by Australian Retirement Trust which includes managing change through the outsourced custodian relationship.
You will work closely with the Legal, Tax, Finance, Investments, and Risk and Compliance business units. You will develop and deliver a capability to successfully manage the implementation of investments, portfolio structures and assets whilst managing the operational risks of implementation process.
This role is available as a permanent opportunity.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
* A relevant qualification in finance, mathematics, business, commerce or economics.
* Demonstrated proven record of successfully planning and managing investment transitions, ideally in an investment operations or investment management environment.
* Demonstrated record of strong service delivery to internal and external customers, where timeliness, quality of delivery and customer satisfaction are paramount.
* Demonstrated experience in successfully managing cross-functional project teams when working to tight deadlines.
* Demonstrated high level of initiative and skill for process enhancements.
* Knowledge and understanding of risk management frameworks and practices.
* Demonstrated desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, and to influence outcomes through a collaborative approach.
