Responsibilities
* Mechanical preparation and abrasive blasting of corroded surfaces
* Surface preparation using water blasting, sandblasting and hand tools
* Application of coatings using spray, brush, and roller techniques
* Ensuring all work complies with project specifications and meets quality standards
* Working collaboratively within a team environment
* Always maintaining a high level of safety awareness
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial painting and blasting experience
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Confined Space (desirable)
* Working at Heights (desirable)
* Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (desirable)
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance
