Experienced Bookkeeper with Xero Experience required to maintain and run company accounts to trial balance as well as fortnightly payroll.This is an exciting opportunity to get in with a rapidly growing tech start-up and be part of a dynamic global team.
Central City Location close to Train StationWe are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with Xero knowledge to maintain the company accounts for our client who is a rapidly growing technology company based in the city.
The position will initially be required one day per week, school hours ok, the position will likely grow and require more hours in the near future.
Requirementsaccounts payableprocessing of sales accountsfortnightly payroll, currently approx.
10 staffend of quarter processingpreparation of accounts to trial balanceoffice administration duties as required ExperienceAt least 3 years experience as a bookkeeper with similar dutiesExcellent working and practical knowledge of XeroFlexibility with hours The position is available to start immediately for the right candidate.
Payroll is currently processed fortnightly on Thursday's and this will be the ideal day for someone to work to coincide with the pays.
Remuneration will be dependent on previous experience.
