Tier 1 mining company
to find a highly capable and experienced
Health & Safety Consultant
to support their ongoing safety and compliance initiatives.

About the Role:
As a Health & Safety Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the
Health & Safety Superintendent
through high-level administration and compliance management. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment for all personnel on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health & Safety team
Assist with the preparation of safety reports, documentation, and compliance records
Ensure all safety data is maintained and aligned with WHS legislation and company policy
Collaborate with the wider team to drive continuous improvement in safety systems and processes
Contribute to the design and rollout of health and safety programs and initiatives
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a Health & Safety role (mining industry experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Solid understanding of WHS legislation and compliance obligations
Desirable Qualifications:
Relevant WHS certifications or qualifications
Prior experience in providing administrative support within a safety-focused team
