**About the Role**:
An exciting position for a licensed Site Supervisor to join the Building & Construction team on the ground as we build our Construction business.

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise Commercial building projects and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and business processes.
- Support site safety compliance and promote a culture of safety excellence.
- Assist the Project Manager in scoping new works, engaging subcontractors, and participating in tendering and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications for each project.
- Reading, interpreting, and communicating plans effectively with relevant stakeholders.
**About you**:
To be successful, you will need:
- Strong trade background with experience in Construction Supervision or related roles.
- Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card
- Building Supervisors license (preferred)
- Passion for site safety, quality, and compliance
- A problem-solving and innovative approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- To be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment.
- Ability on occasions to travel within Western Australia to our regional construction sites. In return you will be provided with additional LAFHA (living away from home allowance)
- Experience in delivering projects for Defence or Defence industry customers (Preferred but not essential)
