Your new role
Day to day, this role will see you carrying out the duties below:
* Manage controlled documents and drawings within the mining EDMS, ensuring only current versions are in use.
* Register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documentation and correspondence.
* Support audits and inspections by maintaining complete, accurate, and compliant document records.
* Assist with updates to technical drawings, redlines, RFIs, and NCR documentation.
* Prepare structured documentation packages for project and operational handover.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have the following:
* Experience in a document control role, ideally within mining, construction, or engineering.
* Strong understanding of document management systems and version control processes.
* Proficiency with EDMS platforms
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency when managing large volumes of documents.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to support and influence project and site teams.
