Enoteca is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. We're a highly regarded Italian restaurant and aperitivo bar in Adelaide’s East End. In just two years, we’ve built a robust reputation for quality dining and warm hospitality.
What you’ll bring
- Solid skills across pan, grill, and larder
- The ability to lead sections and support the Head Chef
- Experience mentoring and managing junior staff
- Knowledge of ordering, stock rotation, and service standards
