Your Responsibilities:
* Educate customers on the advantages of switching from ducted gas heating to ducted electric air conditioning units and solar battery rebates.
* Build strong relationships with customers and address any concerns they may have.
* Guide customers through government rebate options to help them save on energy costs.
What We're Looking For:
* Hardworking and Results-Driven: Candidates must be committed to achieving targets and willing to put in the hard work required.
* Being Able to Meet Our KPIs: Meeting KPIs is crucial; failure to consistently hit targets may lead to termination.
* Experience in Phone Sales: At least 3+ years of phone sales experience, ideally in renewable energy, solar, or energy efficiency sectors.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Full-Time Position: 12-month contract with ongoing opportunities.
* Base Salary Package: $75k to $85k base salary package (based on experience), plus 12.0% superannuation.
* OTE Potential: Earn up to an additional $108,500 annually in uncapped commissions.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:15 am – 5:45 pm, with a 60-minute lunch break.
* Location: Four-day work from home, one-day in the office.
