This is your chance to switch from residential to commercial.
Role
Asset Management — Working in the property management team under an experienced Property Manager, looking after the day-to-day running of Industrial sheds, Office suites, shops, cafes etc.
Working closely with tenants, CPI rent increases, lease renewals and lease options, project management of capital upgrades.
Sales and Leasing — Leasing out commercial spaces, prospecting for tenants, canvassing for current tenants to start, listing, updating CRM, market research, comparisons, and showing properties.
Transition to transactions, negotiating and closing deals.

Commissions earned on new business leads and tenants found

Candidate / Qualifications
Ideally 1-3 years' experience in Real Estate Sales OR Property Management; recent property economics graduates are welcome
A relevant degree in Property Economics, Law, Construction is preferred but not essential
Career-focused individual with high values and integrity
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and initiative
Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration – Assistant Agent
Possesses a valid NSW Real Estate Driver's Licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle
