We're a busy, growing allied health clinic, and we're looking for someone who can help keep the front desk running smoothly and make every client feel at home.
What You'll Do:
* Greet clients with a warm smile and friendly attitude
* Manage appointments, bookings, and client records
* Answer phones and respond to emails
* Process payments and health fund claims (HiCAPS & Medicare)
* Support our clinical team with admin tasks
* Keep the front-of-house tidy and organised
What We're Looking For:
* Confident using computers and booking systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Friendly, reliable, and professional
