Ticketek Entertainment Group is a global fan experience company that tickets, promotes and delivers live experiences. We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to elevate fan experiences across our Technology team. You will design and maintain a robust testing strategy that blends manual and automated approaches, ensuring our products are reliable, high-performing, and user-friendly. You will shape quality standards, champion best practices, and partner with Agile teams to deliver products our fans can trust.
Responsibilities
* Lead and implement a QA strategy that aligns with business and engineering goals, including standards, test plans, test case procedures, and automation coverage.
* Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across projects, ensuring automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
* Drive initiatives for performance, security, and scalability testing.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers across manual, automation, and performance testing.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to embed quality early in the SDLC.
* Advocate for shift-left testing and test-driven development approaches.
* Identify gaps in tools and processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
* Act as the voice of quality in product planning and release readiness.
* Provide clear test reports, defect analysis, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
* Partner with development teams to ensure defects are resolved effectively and efficiently.
About You
Essential experience & skills
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 7+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
* Strong background in manual and automation testing across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and API.
* Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit).
* Strong understanding of databases (SQL, MongoDB) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
* Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software testing life cycle.
* Expertise in API, UI, performance, and security testing methodologies.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel).
* E-commerce domain experience preferred.
* Experience integrating test automation in CI/CD frameworks.
Desirable
* AI tools and modern approaches to software testing milestones.
* Data and report testing experience.
