We are seeking a Dermatology Portfolio Specialist, Prescription to join our team based in Perth, Western Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-established primary care territory, leveraging and building strong relationships with GPs and targeted Dermatologists. The territory is primarily Perth-based, with occasional travel to Bunbury and South Australia (Adelaide).
This role is autonomous and field-based, offering the opportunity to run your territory with a specialist mindset while operating within the scale and support of a growing global dermatology leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and grow Galderma's premium dermatology prescription portfolio within primary care and selected specialist accounts.
* Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with GPs and Dermatologists to drive long-term brand growth and market share.
* Develop and execute strategic territory business plans informed by monthly data analysis and performance insights.
* Plan and deliver high-impact calls and educational activities, including engaging and supporting speakers at key industry events.
* Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs while operating independently and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
Ideally You Will Have
* 2-5 years' proven success as a GP Representative within primary care (specialist experience highly regarded).
* A strong track record of delivering sales performance and challenging customer behaviours through a consultative approach (not \"tell-sell\").
* The ability to absorb and confidently communicate clinical information.
* High levels of self-motivation, organisation and time management, with the capability to manage an autonomous territory.
* A university degree (Science or Business preferred), though demonstrated performance in role is paramount.
Dermatology experience is advantageous but not essential.

This is a replacement role due to retirement, joining a collaborative and light‐hearted national team of six representatives across NSW, QLD and VIC. While highly independent, this role suits someone who stays connected, reaches out and contributes positively to team culture.
