Commercial Property Sales Role
Colliers is looking for an experienced and proactive sales expert to work in Ballarat. This role will lead the established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing and marketing of commercial properties across the region.
* Establish strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
* Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas
* Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
* Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
* Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients
* Coordinate marketing efforts including signboards, brochures, advertising, information memorandums, and videos
Requirements
* You are commercially astute and entrepreneurial
* Excellent communicator able to converse with diverse stakeholders
* Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
* Current Real Estate License or willingness to study to become a certified agent
