About the role
We are seeking suitably qualified A Class Electricians / Instrumentation Technicians to join our team for ongoing project work at Olympic Dam.

FIFO from Adelaide or DIDO from country towns nearby

To be successful in this position you,
* Must have South Australian Electrical or Instrumentation Workers Licence.
* Must have a current LVR - CPR ticketed within the last 12 months.
* Demonstrated ability to complete safe systems of work to the satisfaction of the client and management.
* Have a positive work ethic and desire to develop new skills.
* Be competent in current E&I theory, principles and equipment.
* Capability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
* Have experience in electrical installation and electrical fault-finding.
* Have experience in control panel building & terminations,
* Knowledge in PLCs will also be advantageous
* Experience in heavy industrial or mining.
* Be able to work on 12 hours shifts.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience working at Olympic Dam will be highly regarded
* Must have a White Card.
Suitably screened candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment medical exam including a drug and alcohol screen prior to commencement.
