Front Office Receptionist

This role is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences and contribute to the success of our park network.

The Key Responsibilities

* Provide a high standard of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
* Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently and accurately, utilizing our advanced booking system to manage accounts and make reservations.
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
* Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
* Complete day-to-day office administration tasks with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests, fostering a positive and inclusive community.

The Requirements

* Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a secure environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient workflow and minimal errors.
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
* Current driver's license essential for occasional travel between parks.
