Key Responsibilities:
* Coverage Strategy: Develop and implement coverage strategies to maintain competitiveness, profitability, and compliance.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential exposures and develop mitigation strategies.
* Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies that meet business objectives.
* Underwriting Oversight: Oversee underwriting activities to ensure consistency and quality.
* Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of digital tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* Background: Actuarial or financial background required.
* Experience: Minimum five years in portfolio monitoring, underwriting, or insurance.
* Expertise: Strong knowledge of travel insurance and banking clients.
* Leadership: Experience managing virtual multinational teams.
* Communication: Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
