About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in a stunning coastal location while developing your leadership skills within a well-established holiday park network.

As Assistant Park Manager, you will work closely with the Park Manager to oversee operations, ensure a high standard of guest service, and lead the team when required.

">

Your key responsibilities include:

">
* Suporting daily operations and handling after-hours needs
">
* Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and account management
">
* Mentoring and supporting team members across departments
">
* Assisting with financial management and reporting
">
* Maintaining compliance, safety, and excellent park presentation
">
* Contributing to guest satisfaction and local marketing efforts
">

About You

">

You are a strong, results-driven leader who brings energy, professionalism, and a guest-first approach to everything you do.

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
* Proven leadership experience - accommodation preferred, but top-performing managers from other sectors are highly valued
">
* Strong communication and people management skills
">
* Financial awareness and experience with budgeting and reporting
">
* Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems is a bonus
">
* Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts
">
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to live on site
">
