🔑 About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will oversee a residential property portfolio, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while ensuring all compliance standards are met. You will have the help and assistance of our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end property management of a residential portfolio
- Conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance, and managing rent reviews
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling lease agreements, renewals, and arrears
- Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
- Maintaining accurate records using property management software

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who brings experience, initiative, and a great attitude to the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1–2+ years’ experience in property management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- A positive, team-oriented, and professional approach
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
