A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to support two Managing Directors within a nationally recognised performing arts organisation. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that sits at the heart of the organisation’s executive office. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership while also acting as a key liaison with important internal and external stakeholders. This role will commence as a temporary assignment with the view to becoming a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Provide confidential executive support Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, meetings and appointments Screen and prioritise incoming correspondence, calls and visitors Draft professional correspondence, reports and briefing materials Coordinate internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes Assist with the preparation and coordination of Board and sub-committee meetings Liaise with VIP guests, donors, guest artists and external stakeholders Maintain databases and executive management systems Assist with broader office coordination and administrative operations About You: You are a highly organised, proactive and discreet Executive Assistant who enjoys building relationships and operating in a dynamic environment. You bring professionalism, sound judgement and exceptional attention to detail.
