Only About Children Little Village Buderim is a 140‐place campus located in the heart of Buderim Village. The campus sits on a peaceful one‐acre property with breathtaking views and is housed in a charming colonial homestead that offers seven cozy learning rooms.
Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), the National Quality Standards (NQS), and other regulatory requirements
* Create a stimulating, inclusive, and well‐organised learning environment
* Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
* Mentor and support fellow educators, contributing to a positive team culture
* Work closely with campus leadership to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA‐approved equivalent
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and quality improvement processes
* Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
* Confident communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach
* Passion for high‐quality early childhood education
