We're looking for a highly motivated self-starter to fill this open position. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people with creative solutions. A successful candidate is able to communicate effectively and build rapport easily with customers and will utilize their experience with customer service and sales with us here. For those who have proven leadership experience, we may find mutual benefit to discuss elevated leadership promotions.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a point of contact between clients and the company
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the client needs
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
- Advising product development on improvements and discussing special promotions
- Creating proposal documents as part of the sale
- Providing clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
