Part of the EssilorLuxottica Group, OptiMed is an Australian managed wholesaler and leading supplier of Ophthalmic diagnostic and therapeutic instruments as well as pharmaceuticals. Commencing business operations in 1988 and steadily growing for over 35 years, OptiMed serves Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Orthoptists, Ophthalmic Nurses, Optical Dispensers and Hospitals across Australia & New Zealand.

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join our team based at our office in Kemps Creek.

In this role, you will support the sales department by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running efficiently.

Your responsibilites

* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
* Provide administrative support to the operations team
* Liaise with the logistics team for order fulfillment.
* Handle documentation, filing, and general office duties

About you

* Previous experience in a customer service/administration or office support role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
* A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
