As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team‐oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engage and supervise children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications and Availability:
* You should hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and have a current Working with Children Check
* You are willing to travel between local services
* You have flexible availability Monday‐Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm
