About the role
The general hotel manager will be in charge of the security team, bar, gaming, retail, lodging, and restaurant employees. safety within the venue, responsible serving of alcohol, and gambling.
Maintaining the budget and financial performance of the hotel and bar ensuring that expenses were within budget and revenue targets were met.
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments are working together cohesively to deliver outstanding guest service.
Set and maintain high standards for customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
Manage and develop a team of dedicated staff members, providing training, guidance, and motivation to promote a positive work environment.
About you:
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Sound financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make strategic decisions to drive profitability.
Excellent remuneration of $70-000 - $80,000 commensurate to relevant skills and experience.
