An excellent opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to join our progressive team in the Service Department, in a fast moving and successful regional business established in Bendigo since 1982.
We specialize in Commercial, Residential and Industrial Air Conditioning, heating and ventilation. This includes repairs, scheduled maintenance, servicing and installations.

- **The role**:_
Part time position with the opportunity to transition to full time after a period of time.
- **Tasks will include but not limited to**:_
Answering phones and dealing with customers in person
Liaising with technicians and suppliers.
Scheduling jobs
Quoting and invoices
Ordering parts and assisting with warranty enquiries.
Data entry and rebate processing.
Following up on jobs across both departments and assisting where required.
- **We want the person to possess**:_
Excellent phone and in person customer skills
Ability to multitask across different programs and portals
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and field workers
Solid computer skills
Industry experience is preferred but not essential
Be a vibrant personality as they will be dealing with customers face to face as well.
We will provide training on the portals and systems required for the role.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Annual bonus
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (required)
