Facilities Operations Coordinator
The primary goal of this position is to ensure that daily building operations run smoothly and safely.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate maintenance tasks across multiple contractors.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TENANTS BY COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY AND RESPONDING PROMPTLY.
* SUPPORT SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES TO MINIMIZE THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF BUILDING OPERATIONS.
* MANAGE BUDGETS AND REPORTING WHILE WORKING CLOSELY WITH SENIOR STAFF MEMBERS.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OR A SIMILAR FIELD.
* A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF BUILDING OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.
* CONFIDENCE WHEN DEALING WITH CONTRACTORS AND TENANTS.
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, ORGANISATIONAL, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
