Our company is seeking an experienced sales expert to work in Ballarat. This role will lead the Victorian initiative in commercial property sales, listings & marketing across the region.
Responsibilities
 * Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
 * Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing commercial properties in Ballarat and surrounding areas
 * Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
 * Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
 * Conducting inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
