Customer Service Manager (Engineering / Mining)
Salary : $100k - $125k + super + Free Daily Lunches + More
Our client is a leading provider of engineering design solutions to the mining and manufacturing industries. Due to company growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team based in the southeastern suburbs of Perth.

The Role :
As the Customer Service Manager, you'll lead the strategy and operations behind the customer journey. Duties will include :
* Provide mentorship and support to the small customer relations and sales division teams
* Develop systems and processes for better communication and client updates, working to improve the end-to-end customer journey across all project stages (such as building customer portals and automating updates)
* Work with other internal departments including design, production, procurement to resolve issues and align on customer needs
* Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth, professional experience and repeat business for upcoming projects
* Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and drive continuous improvement internally
* Other duties as needed by the Sales Manager and General Manager
About You :
You're a hands-on customer service professional who brings a respectful, people-first approach to your work. You feel comfortable taking the lead while empowering others to ensure clients receive clear, timely communication and a consistently excellent journey. You will require the following :
1. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar customer service management / supervisory position
2. Good understanding of manufacturing, mining or fabrication operations
3. Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to lead, inspire, and support high-performing teams while promoting a culture of inclusion and respect
4. Unrestricted working rights
5. Ability to pass a drug and alcohol assessment
