Waste Truck Driver - HR Licence (Side Arm & Rear Loader)
Location: Sydney
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30am starts
Pay Rate: $45-$50 per hour + penalties
About the Role
We're seeking reliable and experienced Waste Truck Drivers to operate side arm and rear loader compactor HR vehicles. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing, full‑time hours with early starts and strong hourly rates.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating HR side arm and rear loader compactor trucks
* Residential and/or commercial waste collections
* Completing pre‑start and post‑start vehicle checks
* Navigating suburban streets safely
* Working both independently and as part of a safety-first team
Must Have:
* Current HR Driver's Licence (Essential)
* Experience operating side arm or rear loader trucks
* Strong safety awareness
* Reliability and punctuality for 4:30am starts
* Ability to follow run sheets and adhere to collection schedules
