Financial Leadership Role
The successful candidate will lead the finance function end-to-end in a strategic leadership position, collaborating with the executive team and investment group to drive business growth.
They will combine analytical and management reporting skills to inform strategic decision-making, while maintaining hands-on involvement in day-to-day accounting duties.
This role has significant impact on the direction of a business, driving improvement rather than just maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the leadership team for enhanced insight and stronger reporting
* Develop a suite of Management Reports analyzing key metrics, drivers, and performance areas across the business
* Deliver actionable strategic insight through reports, partnering with the CEO and COO to elevate metrics
* Manage all other areas of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, year-end processes, audit liaison, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements
