Customer Service Position Overview
Boral's Concrete Contact Centre is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join its team in Newcastle, Australia.
This permanent full-time role involves working Monday to Friday (9am–5pm) with Saturday overtime on rotation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
* Gain knowledge of Boral's plant production and truck network capabilities
* Track deliveries and update customers using vehicle tracking systems
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
