As part of the International Higher Education Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator, ANZ/Asia plays a key role in the team by supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating projects, and assisting with various marketing activities in the Australia, New Zealand, and Asia markets. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
* Assists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
* Coordinates marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of exceptionally high quality.
* Supports market research and competitive analysis to gather insights which help drive marketing strategies.
* Monitors and analyses marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.
* Supports event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.
* Assists in maintaining product and marketing databases, CRM systems, and mailing lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Coordinates the production and distribution of marketing collateral, including print materials and promotional items.
* Assists in the development and maintenance of sales enablement materials.
* Keeps current with industry trends, standard methodologies, and emerging technologies in marketing to bring forth new ideas and insights.
Skills you will need here:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in marketing coordination or similar role is preferred.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic digital literacy required with proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, and project management platforms.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
* Knowledge of market research principles and techniques, with the ability to gather, analyze and present data.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute to marketing strategies and campaign development.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a mostly remote team environment, work independently, take initiative, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
