About the role
As the key operations leader for their
afternoon
shift
, you will connect the frontline workforce with senior leadership. Your responsibilities include:
Driving an engaged, efficient, and safe processing environment for approximately 20 staff
Managing workflow, equipment reliability, and site quality control procedures
Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives across your team
What we are looking for:
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and team development
Practical knowledge of OH&S to ensure follow-through
