Job Title: Australia Student Support Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Australia Student Support Specialist.
* This is a hybrid role that requires you to work onsite 2-3 days per week at a partner university or in the office during local business hours.
* When working from home, you will follow a rotating roster between 8 AM and 8 PM Melbourne time.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality service for our valued customers, including overseas student members. You will also be required to provide end-to-end solutions for customer inquiries and issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to think on their feet to resolve complex issues. A strong understanding of the health insurance industry would be desirable, but not essential.
