Pharmacy Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Support Professional. This role involves assisting pharmacists in medication dispensing, managing stock levels, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting Pharmacists: Assist pharmacists in preparing medications for dispensing, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate patient records.
* Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications and other products.
* Patient Service Delivery: Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or hospitality is highly desirable, although we will consider candidates who are new to the industry.
* Educational Background: A Certificate III in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification is preferred.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
