Work Health Officer
The role of Work Health Officer requires a highly skilled professional to oversee all aspects of workplace health and safety in East Arm, Darwin. This position involves collaborating closely with the paint and blast teams to ensure the highest safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Provide training and guidance to staff to promote a proactive safety culture.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
* Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in a Work Health Safety role.
* Certificate IV in Work Health Safety (minimum requirement).
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
* Experience in marine and/or remediation environments is highly regarded.
