We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to drive business growth and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance and achieve operational excellence
* Lead and manage a high-performance team aligned to our core values of relationship-focused, integrity, personal growth and ownership mindset
* Manage daily hotel operations in line with our Veri-Best Framework
* Promote guest satisfaction and loyalty through effective management practices
* Ensure business compliance and critical incident management
* Oversee facility and asset management
* Provide management administration and reporting
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Approved Australian working rights
* First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain)
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or ability to obtain)
* Willingness to obtain a Liquor Licence (at our expense)
* Demonstrated experience leading a team with kindness to achieve outcomes
* Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and complaints
* High standards of attention to detail and communication skills
* Experience managing people in a customer service environment
* A passion for personal growth and development
