Redtree Finance is an Australian‑owned and operated online lender specializing in providing Secured Medium Amount loans between $2,250 and $5,000. We are located in Capalaba. We have full‑time positions available as a Support officer and a Credit‑Assessor. The role. Reporting directly to the Lending Managers will be vital to the success of the team and company.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
* Assess financial circumstances of applicant's
* Ensure sufficient documentation and ID is provided
* Enquire and liaise with customers to assess the full circumstance of each applicant
* Research and value security properties
* Assess all applications accurately and fairly ensuring the product suits theapplicants' needs
* Adhere to audit and compliance requirements to prevent risk exposure
* Develop and maintain positive relationships
* Maintain required performance standards
