Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily work allocations for Room Attendants ensuring correct credits and room coverage.
• Maintain housekeeping phone log, queue rooms, reports and lost property enquiries throughout shifts.
• Update room status with Supervisors and Front Desk while maintaining communication flow.
• Handle guest complaints according to procedure and advise Executive Housekeeper as needed.
• Maintain Lost & Found system logging items correctly each day,
* Liaise with external parties to ensure efficient operations.
