Description Why this role matters We are seeking a PA / Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our Brisbane-based Forensic & Commercial leadership team while keeping the team running efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring seamless client service, coordinating complex workflows, and supporting our leaders to anticipate challenges, manage priorities, and drive team cohesion. You will combine executive-level support with advanced team administration responsibilities, making this a pivotal role in the day-to-day success of the Forensic Commercial team. What you’ll do Provide high-level PA support to a small group of Directors in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Manage calendars, meetings and communications, ensuring priorities and deadlines are effectively coordinated. Act as a professional point of contact for clients, referrers and internal teams. Prepare meeting materials, correspondence and presentation decks for client and internal engagements. Coordinate training sessions, workshops and conferences while supporting the team’s marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate client records and manage onboarding processes, including CRM updates and engagement documentation. Support workflow coordination and process improvements, helping the team stay organised, efficient and on track Assist in the organisation of team social and professional development events. What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative or PA role, ideally within professional services, forensic, legal, or accounting environments. Advanced technical skills: Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and document management. Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, solution-focused, and able to anticipate problems before they arise. Skilled at managing up, building team cohesion, and working with diverse personalities. Professional, discreet, and committed to delivering excellent support to leaders, clients, and the wider team.
