About The Role
As a Room Leader, you'll create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will:
* Lead by example by providing high-quality care and education, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Design engaging learning experiences with age-appropriate, creative, and inclusive activities that inspire curiosity and growth.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive space that supports physical and emotional wellbeing and celebrates diversity.
* Collaborate and mentor: work with team members to foster a strong, supportive team culture.
To Apply For This Role, You Will Need
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it) or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
* Demonstrated experience working with children in an early education setting.
* Leadership qualities with a passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing their growth.
* A current Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
* All required compliance documentation such as Food Safety, Sun Smart, Safe Sleeping, and Child Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* A commitment to ongoing learning, development, and inclusivity in the workplace.
