Are you passionate about travel and customer service?
This role offers the opportunity to plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings for our customers.
As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working towards individual sales targets and KPIs, and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Sales Travel Consultants are required to work on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade.
* You will be responsible for planning itineraries, booking travel, and converting enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
