Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana, Lochend and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes.
Applications are invited from innovative and engaging leaders for the position of Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator to join our St Kilda Road Campus for a full-time, temporary position commencing in Term 1, 2026. This is a 3-year appointment, with an ongoing Teaching role.
Responsibilities
The PYP Programme Coordinator role is a key leadership role that operates at both campus and College levels. This position has a 0.4 teaching load. Responsibilities include providing an engaging PYP program for students, collaborating with colleagues to continually improve the PYP Programme, and contributing to school-wide teaching and learning improvements at the campus and College levels.

High level organisational skills and the capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve the PYP Programme are essential.
