Rosemount Kitchens is a family-run business headed by managing director Mark Tonkin.
We're absolutely passionate about making the process of renovating and installing a new kitchen and bathroom as smooth and easy as possible. Our designers, cabinet makers, carpenters and tradespeople have worked together for many years, and the list of hundreds of satisfied customers is constantly growing.
About the role
Rosemount Kitchens is a leader in premium kitchen and bathroom renovations, with a reputation built on exceptional design, quality craftsmanship, and customer care. We are looking for a confident and personable Showroom Consultant to join our team and play a vital role at the first stage of the client journey .
As a Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients visiting our showrooms. Your role is to:
 * Welcome and engage clients, building strong rapport and trust.
 * Explain our proven renovation process and guide clients through their options.
 * Provide initial advice on kitchen and bathroom design choices.
 * Showcase our products, finishes, and design solutions with confidence.
 * Secure in-home appointments for our experienced design team.
 * Complete a range of administrative tasks across the sales and service process.
This could be a casual or permanent position.
Work across our three Melbourne showrooms: Essendon, Nunawading, and Oakleigh .
Our showrooms are open 7 days, 10am - 4pm. This role will require weekend work.
About You
 * Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly.
 * Passionate about kitchens, bathrooms, and interior design (previous industry experience is an advantage but not essential).
 * A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
 * Motivated and professional, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
 * Flexible to work across all three showroom locations.
 * Proven administrative skills in similar roles utilising Outlook, Word, Excel etc and use of modern industry related apps
