**About the Role**:
**Experience Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing or communications role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficient in managing and scheduling content using social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social or similar platforms.
- Experience using graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create engaging visual content.
- Familiarity with updating and maintaining websites using CMS platforms e.g. WordPress.
- Experience working in the healthcare, community services, or not-for-profit sector is not essential but highly desirable.
**Qualification and Other Requirements**:
- Tertiary education in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
