You’ll receive training and support as you learn to source, onboard and support our team of nurses. Monday to Friday, supportive team, training & bonus incentives What you’ll be doing: Supporting candidate sourcing and screening to grow our pool of healthcare workers Assisting with candidate interviews, onboarding and registration Communicating with candidates to confirm their availability and place them into daily shifts Building relationships with our nursing team Handling general admin tasks including updating systems and managing candidate information Taking and making calls from both candidates and clients to support shift coverage Let’s talk about you! A friendly, mature and confident communicator with a can-do attitude Good administrative and time management skills Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems A genuine interest in healthcare and helping others Previous admin, customer service or office experience (ideal but not essential) Team player who’s ready to learn and grow Benefits – why would you want this role?
