As part of our Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team you will work across a variety of deals to enhance your skills and help clients discover financial, strategic, and operational solutions that enhance liquidity, credit access, and returns for stakeholders. Additionally, as a member of a multi-disciplinary, global team you will gain valuable experience across industries and geographies. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team on formal insolvency tasks, including voluntary administrations, receiverships, and liquidations, as well as on restructuring/turnaround advisory and creditor advisory assignments, such as investigating accountant and pre-lending reviews. Have the opportunity to work with other teams within Strategy and Transactions, like Transaction Diligence, Valuations and Business Modelling, Infrastructure Advisory, Real Estate Advisory, Debt Advisory, and Mergers & Acquisitions, to deliver optimal solutions for our clients as required. Qualifications
Have completed a degree in commerce or law or equivalent. Experience in restructuring, insolvency, or accounting - whether full time or part time - is advantageous Completion of, or readiness to pursue, the CA qualification (or an equivalent certification), including any necessary bridging courses is expected. Demonstrated solid communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset, along with a dedication to client service are essential. What we can offer you
