About The Role

The primary objective is to ensure the safe and timely loading, delivery, and unloading of groceries to meet scheduled commitments. The role involves providing high standards of customer service by avoiding damage to customers’ property, utilizing ‘sign on glass’ technology for all deliveries, and managing SH&E responsibilities in line with policy. The customer service agent will also carry out pre-shift vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of creating a safe working environment.
